As a way to welcome their hotel guests, during check-in, they are heartily served with a cookie or 2. These cookies are quite big in size so one is enough per person but since they are so deliciously good and chewy with meltingly tender chocolate we often end up asking for more. Since we still had quite young kids then, they were also quite happy to oblige.

So when my kids and I learned that Hilton actually released their recipe for their famous cookies, we were all so excited to try them! I thought to myself, let’s test this and see if they look and taste like the cookies we’ve often enjoyed at DoubleTree.

To have an unbiased and unprejudiced opinion on the matter, I asked my husband to taste the cookies because he can be more of an independent-minded judge (after all hubby knows they’re in my top 2 favorite cookies [the other being Ben’s Cookies – but it’s a toss-up as to which is better as I love them both and I think they are equally fabulous!].
